How do I create a custom Access Profile?

 

Please Note: Custom Access Profiles are only available to PayClock Online Enterprise users.

  1. Click on the User Menu at the top of the web page.
  2. Select Access Profile.
  3. Press the New button.
  4. In the Profile Name field, enter your desired name for the access profile.
  5. Under Permissions will be a list of areas for PayClock Online, check the box next to each area you wish your custom access profile to have access to.
  6. Selecting each area will present a list of abilities and features you can allow or not allow the Access Profile to use or have access to.  Next to each feature will be a drop down menu, select your desired option in the drop down menu.
  7. Once all of your areas and features have been selected and adjusted, press Save.
